3. Account Registration and Management
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 95bet. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different identity, or in conjunction with other individuals — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
- 2.1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Do not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

- 2.3You must promptly notify 95bet support of any unauthorised access to or suspected compromise of your account. 95bet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
- 2.495bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional terms, or other policy violations are suspected.
- 2.5Account balances in legitimately operated accounts that are closed at 95bet's discretion (where no fraud or T&C breach is identified) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 95bet — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 95bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. 95bet does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits or withdrawals.
Deposit Rules
- 3.1Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a person other than the registered player — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
- 3.295bet applies anti-money-laundering (AML) checks to all deposit transactions. Deposits suspected of originating from illegal activity will be frozen and reported in accordance with applicable law.

Withdrawal Rules

- 3.5Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have cleared all applicable rollover conditions may be requested for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
95bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general T&C. In the event of any conflict between an offer-specific term and these general T&C, the offer-specific term shall take precedence.
- 4.1Welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific offer terms.
- 4.2Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Transferring, selling, or otherwise assigning a bonus or its proceeds to another player or account is strictly prohibited.

- 4.5Any player found to be abusing promotional terms — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or other systematic exploitation — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

- 5.1Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it may not be cancelled by the player. Exceptions apply only in the case of a demonstrable technical fault on the platform's side.
- 5.2In the event of a technical fault or connectivity interruption during a game or bet settlement, 95bet will use server-side records to determine the correct outcome. The platform's server records are the authoritative source of truth for all bet results.
- 5.3Cricket betting markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and ODI fixtures) are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). 95bet is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds; final settlement is based on official results.
- 5.4Maximum winnings per bet or game session may be subject to platform limits. Where applicable, these limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting market interface. 95bet reserves the right to impose win limits on individual player accounts at its discretion.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 95bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
- 6.1Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in an unsanctioned manner.
- 6.2Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share hand or card information in live casino games, or coordinate bets across multiple accounts.
- 6.3Depositing funds originating from criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal activity. 95bet actively cooperates with financial crime prevention efforts and will report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
- 6.4Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals against deposits made to a 95bet account. Any confirmed chargeback will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for the full disputed amount plus associated costs.
Enforcement Policy
95bet employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 95bet may act without prior notice to suspend accounts, void bets, cancel bonus credits, and retain balances pending investigation. Players found in serious breach will be permanently banned from the platform.
8. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
All content on the 95bet platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, layout, and the 95bet brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of 95bet or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 95bet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 95bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical faults outside 95bet's reasonable control, connectivity failures on the player's end, or force majeure events. 95bet's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the bet or transaction giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The 95bet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 95bet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. 95bet will endeavour to minimise downtime and notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.
9. Amendments and Governing Law
95bet reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Where a material change is made, 95bet will notify registered players via the platform or by email to their registered address with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.
